The team you will be joining: The Customer Success Team

 

The Customer Success team works across the full Kayrros product suite - covering carbon, power, gas, and oil markets - to ensure customers get maximum value from our insights. The team collaborates closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing, acting as the bridge between our technology and our clients.

 

We take a proactive approach to customer engagement, supporting onboarding, day-to-day use, and ongoing adoption of Kayrros solutions. As the company grows, the Customer Success function is expanding, driving impact through close collaboration, innovation, and a strong customer-first mindset.

 

Role

The Customer Success role at Kayrros is a cross-functional position that combines client relationship management, data understanding, and product coordination. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience to our customers and deliver value across our different products.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

●        Work with the Customer Success Lead to ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and insightful data deliveries.

●        Analyse customer data to generate actionable insights:  with strong analytical skills .

●        Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring they are fully set up and confident using our platforms.

●        Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer needs and help shape product improvements.

●        Monitor customer usage and feedback to identify opportunities for engagement and added value.

●        Contribute to upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying customer needs and aligning them with relevant Kayrros solutions.

●        Prepare customer-facing materials such as insights, presentations, and training resources.

Contribute to market research and internal documentation to support continuous learning and external communications.

Job requirements

Profile

This is an ideal opportunity if you are looking for a six-month internship starting between January and April 2026, and you want to join a fast-growing start-up. This position is open in Paris or London.

●        You are passionate about the energy sector and curious to learn more about markets such as carbon, power, gas, and oil.

●        You have an analytical mindset and a strong attention to detail, comfortable working with data and tools like Excel to support customer insights.

●        You are proactive, take initiative, and enjoy solving problems and working in a team..

●        You are dynamic, curious, and eager to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

●        You can communicate clearly in English, both with customers and internal teams, including non-technical stakeholders.

●        You enjoy working collaboratively across functions such as Product, Sales, and Marketing.

●        You are organised and take pride in delivering high-quality work that contributes directly to customer success and company growth.

●        Optional: CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk, Hubspot, Mailchimp).
