KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Strategy Development:

• Build, manage, and implement the global content strategy and agenda, aligning it with Kayrros brand guidelines, objectives, and target audiences.

• Actively engage with leadership and stakeholders for the review, validation, and distribution of content.

Content Creation and Management:

• Develop and oversee a variety of content formats including blog posts, social media content, whitepapers, newsletters, videos, podcasts, and more.

• Edit and proofread content to ensure it is of high quality, engaging, and adheres to Kayrros brand guidelines and tone of voice.

• Explore and expand content distribution channels, including dedicated forums, industry groups, and beyond.

• Maintain and update the Kayrros content library efficiently.

Analytics and Performance Measurement:

• Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance and audience engagement, applying data-driven insights to refine content strategies.

• Provide regular reports on content performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations for enhancement.

SEO:

• Embed SEO best practices into content creation to boost search engine rankings and visibility.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Partner with the Product team to transform data points into compelling stories.

• Work closely with the PR Agency & Growth Marketing to produce content for PR and lead generation campaigns.

• Lead the design efforts in collaboration with the Brand Designer to ensure impactful content creation.

• Utilize insights from Business Analysts (SME freelance, Chief Analyst, C-Level…) to enhance content quality and relevance.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Native English speaker (additional proficiency in French is a plus).

• Experience in developing content for digital channels, such as social media posts, blogs, PR, and white papers.

• Strong organizational skills.

MUST-HAVE ATTRIBUTES

• Exceptional skills in copywriting, editing, and storytelling.

• Acumen for lead generation: creating content that supports revenue objectives.

• Solid analytical abilities to translate complex technical information into engaging content for a non-technical audience.

• Proficiency in identifying audience touchpoints and devising effective content publication strategies.

• Interest in energy transition and climate issues.

NICE TO HAVE

• In-depth understanding and experience in SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategies.

• Experience with content management systems and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress).
