We are currently recruiting for our Paris office a

Delivery Engineer M/F

 

You will join our product teams, where you drive operational excellence and shape the future of data delivery. You will work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Energy Analysts and Data Engineers.

 

The team you will be joining:

The Kayrros Data Products team manages a portfolio of products that help energy market participants around the world make the right investment decision. Leveraging Kayrros’ unique geospatial AI engine to extract value from satellite imagery, the products that the team develops are related to oil, gas, power and carbon markets. Considering the challenges of the energy transition, AI boom and current geopolitics and their impacts on the energy sector, developing these products is key for all players in the energy market.

 

Role

You will have a key role in the Data Products team, leading the product delivery, ensuring and improving its quality.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  •       Daily Data Delivery Operations

o   Lead seamless product deliveries, coordinating with labelers (executing the product delivery) and cross-functional product teams

o   Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes in partnership with data engineering teams

o   Architect and optimize data delivery pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability

o   Establish operation excellence standards across all delivery workflows

  •       Quality Assurance and Checks, Management of the delivery KPIs

o   Define and implement comprehensive quality standards for data accuracy, frequency and timeliness as well as for the delivery performance

o   Design and deploy robust QA/QC frameworks tailored to each data product

o   Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and quality reporting systems

o   Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

  •       Incident Management and Resolution

o   Serve as incident response coordinator, orchestrating swift resolution across infrastructure, engineering, product and customer success teams

o   Lead post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures

o   Continuously refine incident management processes and response protocols

  •       Customer Success Partnership

o   Collaborate closely with customer support and success teams to enhance user experience

o   Translate customer feedback on the delivery into actionable product improvements

o   Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams and customer-facing functions

Job requirements

Profile

You will get the opportunity to work with diverse teams, from data scientists and engineers to customer-facing teams (customer operations and success, product managers…)

 

Required qualifications

●     Engineering degree or Computer Science / IT degree

●     Proficiency in Python with hands-on coding experience

●     3-5 years of experience in data operations, product delivery or similar technical roles

o   Data engineering knowledge, understanding data pipelines and data infrastructure concepts

o   Strong background in data pipeline management and quality assurance processes

o   Proven experience in incident management and cross-functional coordination

o   Additional: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS…), familiarity with automated testing and deployment processes

●     Excellent project management and organizational skills

●     Rigor, autonomy, proactivity

●     Speak and write fluent English to communicate with our international teams within the betting office and our subsidiaries

●     Strong team spirit
